Lean Into The Hopeful What If: Mental Health Sticker

My sleep patterns have been ... not the best lately. For some reason, 4AM appears to be my witching hour. And, no matter what time I've gone to bed, or how tired I am, come 4AM I am wide awake, brain spinning.
.
Last week, I decided to give up the ghost of sleep and just get up. As quietly as I could, I snuck into the kitchen to brew a cup of tea, and I snuggled up on the couch, watching the sky slowly lighten and listening to the birds waking up for the day.

Anxious spiraling thoughts often bloom in my mind during these times, when exhaustion removes some of my best distraction tools. But, as I sat there, sipping my tea, I took a breath and told the anxiety to pause. Maybe, instead of going down the rabbit hole of all the bad things that could happen, I could instead imagine all the good and hopeful things that could happen? Could I lean into the hopeful what-ifs?

I was able to go back to sleep a little while later. And, although I'm not always able to snap out of my doomsday spiral, I think this is a practice I want to really develop. If there are infinite scary possibilities, that means there are infinite hopeful ones, too.

You will receive one 3" sticker printed with high quality opaque ink on weatherproof vinyl, sturdy enough for your water bottle and your car (or bike) and dishwasher safe. The adhesive is permanent, though -- so make sure you'll want it forever wherever you do stick it!

This is waterproof vinyl that's made to last at least five years!
